Spring Greening 07

 

On Saturday the 10 of November, Mr.McPhillips and seven of the Enviro agents, Liam, Georgia, Alex, Shelby Kelly, Alysha and Liam.F, all took part in the Hamilton Environment Centre garden trail.

There were eleven stops and we were number five on the trail. The garden trail ran from ten am till four pm. It was to encourage people to become more environmental friendly with how they garden and to look at how our worm farms and sustainable garden works.

We had 60 people come through our school sustainable garden and it was awesome. They asked a lot of hard questions and we where happy to answer them. We showed our parents and they were impressed about how much we had learnt over the year.

 We sold a lot of worm juice and were told how good our gardens looked by lots of people.  We had lots of fun. Remember worm juice is for sale for a dollar a litre in Room Four.
